Last but not least on our favourites list, is the Sage Restaurant. Serving set menus with dishes made with farm fresh herbs and other ingredients. Having won awards such as the ACT restaurant of the year and Favourite Fine Dining, they have a passion for food that includes sending their staff to work on their farm on occasion to help them connect with the food served in the restaurant.
They also have the Mint Garden Bar, a beautiful heritage garden bar serving delicious drinks and food fresh from the kitchen.
