Darling Harbour, a prime waterfront location only minutes away from the Sydney CBD is undergoing a major transformation. This is well under way, with new accommodation, exhibition, meeting and conference facilities and a new red carpet entertainment theatre.

Pedestrian

From the City, at the end of King St is a footbridge that will take you from there to Lime St. Located on the corners of King and Sussex Sts.

Another major pedestrian entrance is from Chinatown as well as from Ultimo. See Map:

Trains

Central Train Station

The main Sydney Central Station has a regular light rail service running from there to the Convention Centre light rail stop. Join it from along the line from Central Station, Haymarket, Chinatown, or points further west on the South East light rail line.

Town Hall Train Station

At Town Hall Train Station, turn north onto George St, then left at King St. You will see the King St. pedestrain bridge which will take you to Darling Harbour.

Wynyard Train Station

At Wynyard Train Station take the York St. exit. You can then approach Darling Harbour from Erskine St.

Light Rail

You can take the Light Rail service from Central Station to the Convention Centre light rail stop near the Powerhouse Museum.

Bus Service

Take the 501 bus service from Railway Square at the top end of Pitt St on Broadway.

Taxi (Vehicle)

Depending on where you are located: Advise the taxi driver to take you to the Entertainment Centre or Exhibition Centre or the Convention Centre at Darling Harbour. If you are north of DH, or in the city itself, you can enter from the bottom of Liverpool St., Chinatown, Bathurst St or Erskine St. (Lime St.)

Ferry Service

The most scenic route: Take the Darling Harbour Ferry from Circular Quay at the foot (north) end of city central. There is a regular service that takes you from there to Milsons Point, McMahons Point and Balmain.

Phone 1300 138 840 for Reservations, which can pick you up at various points in Sydney Harbour and take you to various points in Darling Harbour.

Located at 1 Shelley St, Secure Parking is just across the road from King St Wharf Restaurants, Bars and Eateries.

Sun Parking

In the basement level of Westpac Tower at 261-293 Kent St. You can find the entrance on Sussex St and also on Kent St.
