Luyu and Yum Yum

Hartsyard Seed and Feed

Owned and operated by Gregory Llewellyn and his wife, Naomi Hart, this New York style eatery promises head to tail, seed to feed and leaf to root meals cooked with heart. Hartsyard Seed and Feed has a small and straightforward menu, with dishes made from fresh local ingredients.

Fried Oysters, Smoked Trout and Shrimp and Grits make their seafood dishes, while the Smoked Lamb Ribs and Fried Chicken are some of their homestyle dishes from New York. As they say &dlquo;Good Food makes Good Memories.”

Hartsyard Seed and Feed

Black Star Pastry

Open early (7 a.m.) to the afternoon, Black Star Pastry is a boutique patisserie run by Christopher Thé, dishing up some good old Australian pastries and meat pies with great flavours. Nothing un-natural in their ingredients, only fresh and in season.

Black Star Pastry


The Bloodwood, recently re-done in recycled materials that reflects its Sydney inner city heritage, features a smallish in season menu designed to please the palate. Open for dinner seven days a week, they also do lunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
