Located in the international Pullman Hotel, Q Dining boasts being one of the city’s finest dining restaurants. It may well be, the food is good as is the service, while the views are fantastic. Open for breakfast (7 days a week), lunch (7 days a week) and dinner (closed sunday).
Their breakfast menu is great for light eaters as well as those seeking something more substantial. Lunch and dinner are based on fresh seasonal ingredients and are also considerate of both the hungry and those with petit appetites. Matt Moran is the celebrated head chef here, with the menu lovingly crafted by him. The seasonal tasting menu comes highly recommended and the mains cooked to perfection.
Located in the international Sir Stamford Hotel, the Dining Room has views of the Royal Botanic Garden. The dinner menu has an interesting selection of dishes like Herb Crushed Lamb Loin, Roasted Tasmanian Salmon Fillets and Pappardelle with Fennel Puree and Black Truffle. The grills consist of succulent aged beef, including Sirloin Black Angus, Rib Eye and Wagyu Rump. The wagyu is reasonably priced, being aged 500 days. They are also acclaimed for their desserts.
