Serving authentic Italian pastas and pizzas. The Italian Caminetto Restaurant has claims to some of the best pizzas in Sydney, accompanied by a great wine list. They also do great veal made with regional recipes and seafood dishes.
Ever growing in popularity in Australia is Tex Mex cuisine and at El Camino, they serve it up in spades. Not literally of course, the food comes on appropriate plates, but it is about big, bold and gutsy flavours. Everything from the spicy Buffalo Wings, Steaks, Chicken to Quesadillas and Fajitas. Great food for sharing is also on the menu, which is probably the best way to experience great Tex Mex. All served up with a classic dose of Rock and Roll and excellent margaritas and other cocktails. Its big and tasty:
At the Pony Dining, the delicious meats are cooked to perfection on an Argentinean wood fired grill. Indeed, they were the pioneers of this style of cooking in Sydney and have made it the heart of everything they do in the kitchen. Situated in a former bond warehouse and made into a beautiful dining space, there is also a lounge for pre-dinner drinks and an outdoor deck.
The food matches the decor, done in style and tasty. Dry aged Rib Eye, Black Angus Sirloin, Lamb Shoulder, Pork Belly. Wood fired. The hand cut chips don’t go astray either. They also do fish (daily special) Duck Breast and more.
